Thanks Jurgen, I forgot about these Vio command left and right arrow key
commands. I haven’t used the Mac in a while, mostly I stick with iOS but I just
got a new MacBook Pro. Where do you find out more about these commands to read
about them. is there a voiceover manual that I can access?

Press VO + CMD + Shift + right or left Arrow until you'll reach Volume. Then
press up or down Arrow while you're still holding the keys in your left hand.

Is there anyway to differentiate between system media volume and voiceover
volume on the Mac like there is an iOS? I’m trying to record some YouTube video
but in order to get the volume up high enough I have to blast my ears out with
voiceover.

You are correct. The volume adjustment found in the rotor, will adjust
voiceover volume relative to the system volume. if you don't have volume in
your rotor, you can go to voiceover settings and add it to the rotor.

Go to system and sound and you can enable volume in the menus or also disable
the need for the FN key with the function keys although that may effect other
key strokes.

dragonwalker64@gmail.comYou <mailto:dragonwalker64@gmail.comyou> can also use
the VO-m command twice to bring up the menu extras. The system volume control
should be listed there with a slider. Just keep interacting with the menu and
you’ll get to the slider.
