I don't wanna sound dumb but I have a dumb question. What is the voice over
equivalent of pressing the space bar? Because enter edits the name of the
bookmark.

Kevin,
Have you tried interacting with the bookmark and do a VO-shift-m to bring up
the context menu? There you can choose open.

Another small problem. When I go to the bookmarks bar and go to the
bookmarks table, choosing the bookmark doesn't allow me to load that
page. I don't know why. I can edit my bookmarks but I can't seem to
go to a website using the bookmarks from the table.

Sorry Esther I should have also included this in my message to you; however,
this does not work either. Command-f will of course let me perform a search,
but the horizontal bar is collapsed and until you expand it you cannot do
anything with the results in the table. I have no idea why this is a
Hi Scott,
OK, here's another thought of something to try. What happens if you do a search
with Command-F from the "Show all Bookmarks" page? This is the regular Mac OS
X shortcut, which takes you to the search field within your bookmarks. If I
type search terms in for any bookmark, the matche
Hi Esther,

Hi Esther,
If it is a situation where I cannot view the bookmark bar table, neither
the VO j or table commands seem to work. I can only see the main table that
lists bookmarks bar, bookmarks menu, address book, etc. Once I use Scott's
suggestion to reveal the specific table like the list
Hi Scott, Mary, John, and Others,
Can I ask whether you can navigate to the bookmarks table on the "Show all
Bookmarks" page with either VO-J or VO-Command-T? If not, does either of these
two commands work when first click on/highlight the entry in the table of
folders? (I'm running Snow Leop
Hi Scott,
I know you wrote this to Mary, but I have to thank you as well. I have been
having this problem on my Mac Mini where the bookmarks table was not showing.
This does work, though it is annoying to have to do. Thanks for the info.
Take Care

Mary,
THis is a strange one, but here is the solution. SInce you already can get to
the table with the bookmarks etc. I won't cover that. So, once you have
selected the set of bookmarks from the table:
1. Navigate past the vertical splitter and the search field.
2. When you encounter the horizon
Hi,
Today I was trying to find bookmarks to sites I needed to visit. I selected
"Show All Bookmarks" from the bookmarks menu. Usually a table of all my
folders shows up and to the right of that another table with the individual
bookmarks that are in the folder I selected from the folders tabl
