Hi Stacey. You can easily set your phone to factory defaults, and then plug it in to iTunes and activate VoiceOver. You can also ask Siri to "Turn on Voiceover." To reset your phone, go to settings, general, Reset. You will then see a button to Erase all content and restore to factory defaults. I
