Hi, You may like to check in the Store menu as well. VO-m to the Menubar, right arrow over to the Store menu and then down arrow to the "Sign In to the Store" item. Things often remained dimmed if you are not actually signed into the AppStore. Beyond that, I suggest you do the Repair Permiss
