Also, when focused on an app you're opening for the first time, pressing
VO+Shift+M for the contextual menu and arrowing down to open will do the trick
as well. It's much faster than getting the error message you got and having to
go to system preferences to allow it to open and then going back

Hi, Liblouis is an open source, cross-platform braille translation API.
It is the guts of brltty I believe, and it was the basis for louis braille
translater forr mac. I believe brailleblaster had implemented liblouis as
well. I mean, why re-invent the wheel, right?

they're doing. In my case, my security settings won't let me download anything
that is not either from the app store or from a recogn
