Hi there I don't really know what's involved, but you might suggest to them that they would want to be recognized as a Apple developer for the Mac portion of what they're doing. In my case, my security settings won't let me download anything that is not either from the app store or from a recognized developer. I really don't want to change that. Regards, Gigi
