R hi Jennifer I ended up having to restart my computer. I guess I really should say that I shut it down taking out all the windows. When I started my computer back up, growl brought up the preferences when I call up the program. You might try that and see if that helps. It did help mine. I still

Hi there. I'm on my way out, but try this: When you open Growl and it says it's running in the background, go to the menu bar with VO M, then over to the Growl menu, then arrow down and see if you can open preferences from there. That might work better, or it might not... Hope this helps. •
