Brian,
Rest assured, you are not the only one experiencing this. I started having
this issue yesterday. I actually wondered if it was because I hadn't upgraded
to ML.
I used Facebook on a PC for a very short time years ago and I seem to remember
the combo edit boxes then, but I don't remembe
Great to see such a great response here. Let me address a few things
here. One, I have had Mountain Lion installed for a few weeks, and
there had been no problem working with ML and Facebook. It just
started this morning when I pulled FB up to write something. I need to
use FB for work, so not usin

On Aug 22, 2012,
This combo box as you describe it has been there for the last year, at least on
windows. I have never used facebook on the mac side, as me and safari don't
get along much. I'm learning to use it more each day, but still prefer IE. On
the windows side of things, it has a edit box, then the com

I have had it with Facebook, and if I didn't need it for work would
get rid of it. I went to update a status this morning, and went to the
website, was so happy as everything in Mountain Lion had been working
