I use mission control but it appears to be associated with a 4 finger swipe up.

My trackpad commander is on, but when I do a three finger scroll up, I get the
mission control. Is there anything I can or should do about this?
I often need to scroll to places in the middle of a blog post for example, in
Mars Edit, or a long document in iText express.

Depends on a couple of factors, but either a 1 finger or three finger swipe
should do this depending on if trackpad commander is on. One difference between
Mac and IOS though is that you need to make sure you are interacting at the
appropriate level before trying to scroll.

I had to scroll down a rather crapy website this morning, and at that moment
wished I was using either the phone or iPad.
Are there an equivalent to the 3 finger scroll found on the phone for the Mac?
