Depends on a couple of factors, but either a 1 finger or three finger swipe should do this depending on if trackpad commander is on. One difference between Mac and IOS though is that you need to make sure you are interacting at the appropriate level before trying to scroll. There is also the VO command vo-shift-S that I have had limited luck with for scrolling items. Often I find it better to use item chooser or VO-U for selecting items. As long as your web page is fairly stable using vo-i or vo-u and then typing a few characters often gets you to exactly what you are looking for. One great thing about the item chooser is that you don't have to use first letter navigation it will match any where in the list. So if you bring up the headers list to look for the header "Finding Private Ryan" and type y a the header list will narrow to include "Finding Private Ryan"
