I'm a fan of your podcasts by the way. I think you have done a few on
Blindcooltech if I'm not mistaken. The click to flash settings are in Safari
menu before the file menu. It's in the one that says private browsing. You see
a submenu that says click to flash settin
First, you need to press space on the Click to flash prefs option off the short
cut menu. There's a scrole area on the very right that you may need to
interact with. Once you do, you should see the prefs window.
Go to the short cut tab off the main prefs window and make sure that "s

of this menu you will find the Click to Flash prefs.
In the player tab, which you get to by pressing VO+space on the tab and then
VO+right till you get to the controls, you want HTML 5 as the default player.

I think I've solved the problem. It's just that, with the new click to Flash,
there are severle controls and chekc boxes that need to be re adjusted. I'll
try to go in and make notes on all my settings and let y'all know what I did.

Mary, I had to get rid of the Click to Flash extension. I had a devil of a
time doing it too. As a matter of fact, I really don't know how I finally
managed it, but as soon as I was able to get the preferences pane up for
Safari, I went in and uninstalled Click to Flash.
It drove me
I am having exactly the same problem that Kim described with safari and the
click to flash extension. This has worked beautifully until it apparently
downloaded an update which broke things. If I close the preferences tab that
comes up each time I open Safari, vo says closing all windows, which
