Your suspicions are correct. That is a table specific command. Works in just
about any table including those in Numbers.

Just make sure that QuickNav is turned off. Other than that, Jonathan's

You can select ones using control-option-command-space, as long as you are
using VO navigation to move about the table. Once you have a bunch selected you
can delete them with the delete key. I used to be able to click add to contacts
from this table also but I could not find how to do this any

Recipients". I'm a little less clear about exactly what to do after that. you
can search for the ones you don't want or just put the first 3 lett
