Eric, all the steps I presented were provided by Chuck and I apologize I cannot
recall his last name. This does work, but gee I did not think to add the titles
within iTunes, but my mind has not been working at normal speed lately. :)

There is no way I could have figured out all this without all of you on
this list. But, using all the tips especially this note from Scott I was able
to read a book Share book on my iPhone using ibooks! It works very well.

You can open the xml file and read using Safari. You also have the option of
opening the file, perform a select all using command-a, and paste the contents
into a file using something like Textedit. Save that file as an rtf and use a
program such as stanza to convert to an epub format. Th

you can't read the books using ibooks, currently the only app I know that works
is Inndaisy. To read them on the mac, in the folder you have of the book there
is a xml file, open that one and you will be able to read the book using safari.

Hi list,
Thanks to posts on this list and viPhone, I have obtained a free trial
membership to Book Share. Further thanks to this list and the other I learned
that I would need a special tool called the unarchiver to open the Zip files.
