Eric, You can open the xml file and read using Safari. You also have the option of opening the file, perform a select all using command-a, and paste the contents into a file using something like Textedit. Save that file as an rtf and use a program such as stanza to convert to an epub format. That was one suggestion provided to me and it works very well.
