I noticed while I updated my iPad and my iPhone 15 Pro Max the same thing. I
picked up both devices and there was nothing on the screen so I held the power
button in on both devices and then it powered on.
Also, you have to opt into Apple

Had the same issue but doing a shut down then restart took care of it.
