upgrading my 2009 macbook memory?

When placing a call on your Mac using FaceTime, once the call is connected to your bank, or where ever you want to access an automated system, just hit Shift-VO-Space when the call is connected, and you will be able to manually enter in digits just as if you were using a regular phone. Blessing

Hi Jason, What I have experienced is that dtmf tones cannot be generated once a call has connected in facetime. What I have had to do is enter the number I want to call, then insert commas to create pauses in my dialing string until the system answers, then enter the desired number to activate
