What I have had to do is enter the number I want to call, then insert commas to create pauses in my dialing string until the system answers, then enter the desired number to activate the feature. So for example I enter the string tor a weather service I use, then enter 10 commas to paust until the system answers, then enter the correct digits to activate the option I wish tu use. Once the call is connected, I cannot use tones to go to other choices.
