It worked like a charm for me. One thing to remember is that the username you need isn't the one you use to sign into Facebook, it's the one they assign you. To see it, open FB, click on your Profile, then look at the URL. The username you need will be in the URL as Tim describes. Good luck!

Hi, You have to hold down command+option+r right after you press the power button. Also, I would keep holding it down for a few seconds after you hear the startup chime.
