I’m trying to run an application that uses Python’s PyGTK. It’s a pain to get
PyGTK installed, so before I try, I wanted to know if anyone knew whether this
would work with Voiceover. I’m guessing it’s not since it’s probably not using
native controls, but just wanted to check.
Peace,

Hi,
Short answer is yes. At least it did back in Mavericks and I don’t see why it
would be broken. It’s not perfect but it is usable.

That's good that services are back up and running. Question still remains
though, what's going on with the public beta for iOS? Are they still gonna
release it today or are they looking at a different date?

Hi Katie,
I didn't get to spend as much time with it as I would have liked. I can say
that the keyboard is different and I suspect will take some getting used to.
But the unit is very small and very light, and I think holds a lot of promise.
Good luck getting one!

By now, I'm sure you all have noticed issues connecting to verious Apple

First, how do I view everything in list view?
Second How do I make new folders open in a separate window? I want each folder

Hi Eileen

Hi,
The way I see it from trying to get Office 2016 to work is the integration of

Hi there
I had this happen to me on an iPhone, and I think it was iOS 7. When it
happened to me, the only way I could get speech back was to have my cited

Hi,
This is true, but VoiceOver was never launched on this iPad to my knowledge.
I wasn't physically at the location to try the 3 finger jester, will be
there on Saturday.
We used Siri to toggle VoiceOver.
Thanks,
Chris

Keep in mind that speech can be muted even though VoiceOver may be active.
I guess this is what you are implying, but I know that on the iPhone a
specific gesture can mute speech despite the presence of VoiceOver. I would
imagine other iDevices would have the same gesture.

Hi,
I have an ipad where I can toggle on voiceover using siri, but VoiceOver
doesn't speak.
I think the volume is down on the machine.
Besides the buttons is there a way to turn up VoiceOver speech?
Thanks,
