Dragon for Mac v3.x is inaccessible, even the company admits to that. I haven't tested out v4 yet. Still, if it lacks things like voice commands to move around and edit text, or move up and down menus and tables, I don't see the point. For straight dictation, the Mac does well. That said, Dragon

Hi, I would agree that it is likely a Apple ID change that is causing this issue. If you changed your Apple ID, then the documents within the Mobile Documents folder do not belong to the new Apple ID, thus you do not have permission to open them. I don't believe that this is any way a measure

You can do the key remapping in Fusion's settings. You remap insert to a key of your shoice, then remap that same key to insert, and you have a wroking insert key on whatever key you put it on. I found with anything that remaps the caps lock key, you lose caps lock completely so can never use it

You can run a permissions check from the recovery system or use, reset password from Terminal in the Recovery system and reset your own user permissions. I don't know why you wouldn't have permission to access your own documents unless you are somehow using a different Apple ID. Take Care
