Okay,

Last night, I posted about not being able to open some documents I had saved in
iCloud. John asked me if there was any error message when I tried to open them
in Text edit, and, I indicated there was not. So, I went in to
~/Library/MobileDocuments/ComappleTextEdit/Documents
where my iCloud documents are stored and found i not only could not open them
from there, I can't get rid of them either. When I try to put them in the
trash, I get this:

"text Items can't be copied to "Trash" because you don't have permission to
read them.". Any ideas what to do next?

PS. I was able to get at the information I needed via other means, but, if
this is how reliable Apple's iCloud service is with critically important
documents, I'm really not as sure about it as I once was.

Sent from my Mac, the only computer with full accessibility for the blind
built-in!

Sincerely,
The Constantly Barefooted Ray, still a very happy Mac and Iphone 5 user!
