Hi, It's an issue with the Shaw certificate. If you follow the instructions you found on the web, it will rectify that issue. The password that it is asking for is your computer Admin password. So, the password that you use to log into the computer is the one you need to enter, not your Shaw

It's not, it's just an old router from Best Buy. Before I connect, the Mac identifies the network as WPA/WPA2, and once I connect it says only WPA2, so it's probably running in the mode you described already. I say probably because that was not made clear in the router's setup page - all it said
