Hi Kimberly and Stacy. I don't know about the 2009 white MacBooks but mine is a mid 2010 model and Mountain Lion works with no problems. I'll also be getting Mavericks when it comes out and that'll be most likely my third and final upgrade unless OS XI is supported. As for Lion, since the release of Mountain Lion, Lion is no longer on the App Store.
