Hi, It's an issue with the Shaw certificate. If you follow the instructions you found on the web, it will rectify that issue. The password that it is asking for is your computer Admin password. So, the password that you use to log into the computer is the one you need to enter, not your ShawMail password. The Admin password is required because you are specifically adding an untrusted certificate to your Mail app.
