If your going from the mac machine to the windows machine then try using the terminal. I think from memory its command K, Then use SMB at the start of your command So it would be something like Smb:\\ip-address, or domain name.com. If this is on your personal network then use the IP addres

Hi there, The interface is a little misleading. How I do this, and it may be a clumsy way, is to simply place the VO cursor on the text which tells you to either drag files, or click here. Once there, press vo-shift-command-space to click the mouse, and a file open dialog should appear. HTH
