    Hi Hank.

To make lables, when you have something you want to label press
vo+shift+7 and write the text, you must of course have the voiceOver
cursor placed on the button, unknown or what you want to label. It is
a great feature, I found out how to do it in this week, because I
    looked for something else.

I can tell you that it is easy to export your labels. If you open
voiceover, and go to export, when you can save them, remember to
choose labels in the menu in the middle.

You get a file called voiceover labels or what you choose to name it.

I have not tried to import labels yet, but I guess it is as simple as
    export labels.

    Have a nice day.
    Annie.
