There's no simple answer to this question. So much depends on the website.

If what you want to copy is spoken by VO in one go, you can use the "Save last 
spoken phrase to clipboard" command (VO-Shift-C). Sometimes it doesn't work the 
first time you try, but making VO repeat itself often does the trick.

Another method is to press VO-Return at the beginning and end of the text to be 
selected.

Then there is the standard way of selecting text using the shift key and arrow 
keys.

I hope one of these methods will solve your problem.
