I just went over the home page and the create a profile page and as far as I could tell it was not excluding any content. I wonder if you might be refering to the google adds. There are about two of them, and at one point they failed to load which met that I couldn't interact with them.

TweetDeck is utterly unuseable with VoiceOver. Not only is the Adobe AIR installation a problem, once the installation is completed with sighted assistance, the application itself reveals nothing to a VoiceOver user while a sighted person sees a bunch of information on screen. Huge bummer. ---
