unfortunately I did not yet figure out how (or if) it is
possible to add rows to existing tables.
it can't be the only solution to create a new (bigger) table
and manually copying contents from the old one?
any tips appreciated!

in preamble
i got 4 error like this:
LaTeX Error: Something's wrong--perhaps a missing \item.
}
Try typingto proceed.
If that doesn't work, type X to quit.
it only exist if i use titlesec package...

As far as I could figure out, this problem occurs only when the cursor is not
within the currently visible range of the document. If you place the cursor
somewhere in the window so that you can see it it should work fine.

In the compilation of the tarball lyx-1.4.1.tar.gz in a machine with
Mandriva 2006
give the next errors, then make. The configuration ./configuration was
succesfully :
I have compiled the tarball, and give me the next error
/usr/bin/ld cannot find -laudio
collect2 : ld returned 1 exit
If this is a real problem to windows users, we should maybe use these
scripts...
The scripts are there. If more testing can be done (tested by Enrico
and me for win/cygwin/linux), they should be ready for even 1.4.2.
