2Qs for Thesis Template

Dear LyX'ers I'm about to finish my Master thesis, and as I have written each chapter in et's own file, I've found it natural to use the new Thesis template for gathering it all. But I seem to be experiencing some problems. First, the Thesis template numbers all even pages in both the left and t
