I am on Windows XP. I believe all settings are stored in C:\Documents and Settings\Ken\Application Data\lyx16 for 1.6 so assume an entirely different set of settings will be stored in a folder for 2.0. Is this correct? Are there other settings/folders which are used by 2.0 which might interfere
