Hello,
I'm trying to use lyxpipe with LyX 1.3.6 on Mac OS X, Aqua version. I'm
using lyxpipe with BibDesk. When I select a BibTex item and run the
command "send to lyxpipe" (using an AppleScript extension to BibDesk), I

Thanks for the suggestion.
I tried changing the out margin to quite a large value but still no sign of

Is there a way to copy and paste between separate
instances of lyx running next to each other? I can
use paste external selection, but that only works well
for plain text. It is much easier for me to have both
documents visible in separate windows than having them
in the same window with one hidd

Hi
I can add the bibliogrpahy to the TOC by simply checking the box in the Bibtex
bar.
However this doesn't provide the alignment I require. It look like this

What I want is

For all other lines in the TOC I can do this by using \ad

Andre, thanks a lot for the quick answer, which proved successful.
$PATH issue turned out true, although I had logged out and in.
But setting .MacOSX/environment.plist's PATH to the shell's path
solved the problem.
The interesting thing now is, even after deleting that PATH from
envrionment.plist

I've found that you need to change the outer margins so that the change
bars show. With my normal, printing margins the change bars were off the
page.
Go to Layout > Document > Margins and change the outer margins to
something like 2.25 and see if they show up when you print them.

Dear list,
after unsucessfully searching the list for remedies, I am afraid to
bother you
regarding this apparently well-known error.
System: lyx-1.3.6 with fink TeTeX/Ghostscript/ImageMagick

Did you install dvipost, which is used for the change bars in the output?
If not, grab it here:

I prepared deb packages (sarge) of Lyx 1.3.6.
I tried to upload them on

I've managed to get the backgrounds of rows in my table gray using colortbl,
but it skips all multicolumn cells (i.e they are not gray'ed) - any
suggestions ? I'll edit the raw lyx/latex file if needed :-)
