Is that also causing LyX to export damaged LaTeX files. I can't get Excalibur to open an exported file. There's nothing obviously (to my eyes) wrong with the file. Even cutting and pasting all the text into a new document won't create a document Excalibur can open. Not only is it inconvenie

I wonder if that's possible. I know it's built into Cocoa natively, and it might be doable with QT/Mac because I think it's using some subset of Cocoa, but I think it might be kind of intensive to do it especially in xforms and even in QT/X11. It's still a nice idea, though. I wonder how doable
