Things are going pretty well now. Here are some remaining problems. 1) view->postscript is oddly broken. If I export to latex and dvips and gv the file everything is great. However view->postscript shows the following effects. a)You have to view the file in seascape instead of landscape to get it

I have copied all the .sty and the .cls file into /usr/share/texmf/tex/latex/prosper and run mktexlsr. However when I run lyx, choose slides(prosper) and make a "title" with a single word in it (in this case "hello") I still get "Undefined control sequence. \title{hello}\maketitle
