1) view->postscript is oddly broken. If I export to latex and dvips and gv the file everything is great. However view->postscript shows the following effects.
a)You have to view the file in seascape instead of landscape to get it
right way up.
b) The text is clipped about 2 thirds of the way across to the right. There is a screenshot at
http://www.jesus.ox.ac.uk/~rcliffor/clipped-shot.png.
Presumably something is wrong in my configuration but I'm not sure what. If you are going to suggest viewing pdf could you tell me how to set the viewer please? At the moment it has defaulted to gv for pdf files as well.
2) Theorem, lemma etc. don't seem to work. If I try to use lemma and do view->postscript for example I get
"Undefined control sequence. \begin{lemma}
The control sequence at the end of the top line of your error message was never \def'ed. If you have misspelled it (e.g., `\hobx'), type `I' and the correct spelling (e.g., `I\hbox'). Otherwise just continue, and I'll forget about whatever was undefined. "
plus two more errors related to that. I am using Dekel's layout file if that makes a difference.
The second problem is quite serious for me as I am desperately trying to finish writing this talk by tomorrow (Why did I start so late you might well ask.) Cheers, Raphael
