text placement twoside

I am using the twoside option, but I don't want the text to shift at all--I want every textwidth centered on the page. How do I override this feature?

pdflatex problem

I had written a latex file and tried to convert it using pdflatex. Pdflatex converted the filed to foo.pdf, and when I opened it in xpdf, it looked fine. However, when I tried to open it on a Macintosh (so I could print it, since I don't have printer hooked up to my linux box yet), I got an erro

I'm using a cvs version of lyx 0.12. I want to insert a figure with text wrapping around it. When I go to Layout, Paragraph, I don't see a place for extra options to put in the option floatfit, as is in 0.11.6. Is this option put somewhere else, or not implemented yet? Thanks, Ben
