Docbook support is not quite finished so we will most likely have at
least one more prerelease before 1.0.4 proper.
Changes in this pre:
- - better scroll-wheel support (found on certain mice)
- - custom-pagesize support is better. (really a bug)
- - short in

Latex is complaining that cannot find an inserted tex file when I try to
use a multi-part document and one of the included lyx files has another
lyx file inserted.
It seems to me that lyx does not run latex on that inserted file

Hi!
I'm having some trouble with lyx. Lately, I have written a document
with some figures done in xfig. In order to typeset some greek letters,
I used the export as PS+latex option. This works fine, but the preview of
the document shows the latex typset writing appearing all over the shop
I would appreciate help for a few questions:
1*
I know that Lyx is currently not
supporting directly the \caption[short legend]{long legend} command
However, my legends are quite long and the list of figures becomes too long and
difficult to read. What should I do to create a short legend list? T
Don't you like the ?-character in you customized toolbar and would
like have your own icons?
Here is the way to do it:
1. create the icon(s) in xpm format and put it at ~/images/(LyX
sourcecode).
20x20 pixel, backgroundcolor #BFBFBFBFBFBF, colored icons in
2 variants
When I use short and long figure captions (in latex mode from lyx) I get
some errors when either the short or the long caption contains any math
symbols or equations. It seems that there is a confusion running latex
later with math delimiters?
Has anybody experienced the same problem?
