This patch resolves one of the kerning problems with quotation marks. The more
serious one (http://bugzilla.lyx.org/show_bug.cgi?id=253) remains unless we
find a way to detect the character preceeding the inset.

Currently, we use \guillemotsright{}VGA\guillemotsleft{}. This results in
wrong kerning (
