Currently, we use \guillemotsright{}VGA\guillemotsleft{}. This results in
wrong kerning (i.e. the space between » and V is too large). The correct use
is \guillemotsright VGA\guillemotsleft{}. You can't see this with all fonts,
because some of the free fonts don't provide a proper guillemots kerning
anyway, but I think we should fix it nevertheless.
The patch just cares whether a guillemot is opening or closing.
