Why do you use the TS1 encoding? You really should use T1 instead.

preamble. Could you therefore please do the following:
- open the German UserGuide.lyx and save it under another name
- dele

lyx154svn and lyx16svn, too. If I copy the table, where the error happens,
into a new document, everything is fine.
