Updated Norwegian translation (nb.po) for LyX 2.0.1.
It is not complete, but a nice step forward:
* Main menu translated, taking care so shortcuts don't collide. (So no
irritating runtime warnings about that)
* Several dialogs translated, including the new "advanced search".
* Some bad translati
