Hi Stefan, as I replied previously I think the way you are enhancng LyX for
macros is brilliant. The problem is I do not see a single one of your
enhancements in LyX 1.5x. When can we expect to see your creativity
incorporated into the product

dit mode with the arguments lists 1:, 2:, etc as now.
3. The big one, allow \newcommand and \DeclareMathOperator to be defined in
the preamble, even if you have to follow some LyX conventions, they need to
be able to be imported from a file.
