Hi
I am a new
user to LyX which I am running on top of MikTex. I have attached a document that
uses the AMS book document class. When I try to view it using DVI from LyX or
export it to LaTeX and try to build it in MikTex I get an error:
TeX capacity exceeded, sorry [Input Stack Size=5000]
Although this probably sounds like a MikTex problem it isn't, it is caused by obscure "infinite loops" in the source sometimes due to missing "end" statements. Given LyX is supposed to create a "well-formed" LaTeX document there is something wrong with what LyX is creating.
I have attached the document, and would really appreciate your suggestions because I think LyX is great!!!
