There are references to pdf in the most recent lyxrc I've
seen. But no outright menu-based support. What's the
story here?

I've been producing some stunning pdf documents lately
with LyX and pdflatex. I was wondering if anyone
supports the notion of adding:
File->View pdf
which would run pdflatex and then acroread on the result.
Update not make sense, however, as Acroread doesn't seem

No. But they're obviously bringing together widely divergent tools
for an "integrated" studio solution. Tell me this really makes

How in LyX can I surround a word with quotation marks, and underline
