Hi,
I found that there should be "InTitle 1" for "PACS" and "Keywords"
sections. Otherwise, it won't compile if either is used.

I just wondered why the heck I have to recompile the whole source when I
change lyxinset.h. I had a look at FontInfo.C (which should be nothing to
do with lyxinset.h) and backtracked the recompile to the include of lyxrc.h
which includes bufferparams.h ONLY for the PAPER_SIZE option!!!

You probably have spaces in your path to the lyx file
(e.g. /home/foo/My Dir/file.lyx) and this is not allowed.

I couldn't use view->dvi. It resulted in same errors.
Yes I cn export it to latex and generate dvi by hand. But it's missing some
important settings. e.g. page margins that I have set, are lost.
Secondly it's not generating Table of contents in dvi.

I have no problems with View->DVI for this document at all. Moreover, I can
export to Latex and create the dvi file by hand without any errors at all.
This is with LyX-116. Not fix1.
