I couldn't use view->dvi. It resulted in same errors.
Yes I cn export it to latex and generate dvi by hand. But it's missing some
important settings. e.g. page margins that I have set, are lost.
Secondly it's not generating Table of contents in dvi.
I am attaching the files from latex run for diagnosis.
Thank you very much for the quick response. Though I am responding to one of
them, I received 3 in all and that's really encouraging.
