I just wondered why the heck I have to recompile the whole source when I
change lyxinset.h. I had a look at FontInfo.C (which should be nothing to
do with lyxinset.h) and backtracked the recompile to the include of lyxrc.h
which includes bufferparams.h ONLY for the PAPER_SIZE option!!!
IMO we should change this and so a LOT of files are not recompiled every time
we change something in inset/paragraph stuff! Any clean way to do this?
