I'm mailing this to the list because I don't have Lgb's email address. I
got this off the mail archive because I'm
not a member of this list but I like to make sure I at least try to
answer questions directed at me.
The version of LyX that I'm using is 1.1.4fix3. I noticed
Open two docs.
Select more than one paragraph in doc 1 (Crtl-C).
Paste in doc two.
-> reproducable crash!
Must be > 1 paragraph.

This is a known problem. From the reLyX BUGS file:
- In optional arguments, reLyX doesn't recognize a braced bracket
"{]}" as being different from a regular bracket. You'll notice this

I suspect there are still problems.
BTW Andre', this should really be rewritten as a class ImportBase,
containing the code in doImportHelper() from which ImportLatex and
ImportNoweb would be derived.

I am currently using LyX to write part of my PhD thesis. I say part
because I also use Scientific Workplace (http://www.mackichan.com) - a
comercial package for Windows only that has a similar purpose to LyX.
LyX is better for me because it runs on Unix platforms, but SW
