The title page of the Article Class (with "heading" style enabled) keeps putting a "1" at the bottom, I don't think I need a page number on my title page. :-) So how do I get rid of it? Plus, I've noticed my footnotes keep floating to the end of the section, instead of getting placed at th

Unsolved problems with revtex and Lyx 1.0.1

Hi, I just wanted to report a problem I have using the revtex package with Lyx's revtex output. I've moved the revtex.cls file to the appropiate place, but Latex2e (as of 1997/12/01 release) complains for a \normalsize command not being defined. I wondered if anyone here has a quick fix for this
