the resources of one team for everything in my state in
case I'm doing "local" travelling, plus I'm happy to support an event
by a small regional team a couple hours away if they need some help or
a speaker, I imagine this is even more important for non-English
speaking te

Folks in cities cannot MAKE people in less populated areas do events
and be active, the people who live there have to do that, all the city
folks can do is to encourage them and be supportive when they do.

what they're doing. For regions who share a language in their region
and so also coordinate translations efforts and such this is even more
compelling.
